     ACN Tarnover is currently down.

     If you contact the sites via Netscape or IE, there will be no problem with
passwords. Contacting ACN Florida via an ftp client is a bit trickier.

     Try these settings:


Host Name/Address- happypup.dhs.org
Host Type- Automatic detect
Startup directory- /Cabi_Archives/

Advanced Setup

Connection Retry- 2
Network Timeout- 65 seconds
Remote Port- 6502

Passive transfers is not enabled and there are no Firewall settings

Login as "anonymous" with password set to your email address.


     Just tried the above using WS_FTP and got in with no problem and was able
to navigate the site and do downloads.
