Digital monitors (all LCDs) must sample, and therefore are prey to sampling
problems when used with discrete video signals like Apple II video.  Some
monitors will be better than others. 

All monitors may need advanced color channel adjustments to produce
"standard" Apple II colors.   Or, perhaps the converter box has channel
adjustments...
