Hmmm.....here's a thought, Tom.  You just acknowledged that
SHH Systems answers their email.  Instead of forging
ahead and seeing if you can copy something someone else
may have the rights to, why not write Jocheim and find
out?  Might be easier in the long run.  (and if he says
he DOEs own the rights, I think that'd be proof.  I've
dealth with him before too, and I find him to be a
honest person.)
