Sorry I can't provide too much info here, but there's a program named T R A
X from Passport designs, runs under windows, which will do that, it's format
isn't midi, but exactly the same stuff, so if you import..edit..export, you
lose no data. Unfortunately, it probably costs some money, but comes bundled
with the Soundblaster. If you can't find anything else, I could post it
here.
