Somewhat.  You need to have a copy of System 6.0.1 of
GS/OS.  Inside the one of the control panels is an option
for selecting your language.  This changes the keyboard
mapping, but to make sense of it requires a foreign
keyboard of the language in question.

Of course you can print extended characters like French
accent marks with the standard keyboard and Option
key combinations, just like on a Mac.
