I sypathize with your difficulty but I'm guessing you're using a Mac or PC.
Unfortunately you didn't post to a Mac or PC newsgroup. I'm not sure
about the PC but you can probably find Mac help in one of the
comp.sys.mac newsgroups. Hope they can help.
