     No.

If there is a nearby users' group, they will probably have ZLink or Agate
available for copying. Or, you could contact a regular Csa2 poster and request
a diskette with ZLink, Agate, and/or ModemMgr. (Expect to pay for materials and
postage.)

You may still be able to order the 'Modemming Starter Disk' from Apple
Blossom. The disk includes at least one telecom program. (See
http://people.delphi.com/appleblossom/modemdisk.html

Another approach is to use a transfer package, like ADT. If you have a PC
connected to the net, you can try ADT-GS. It moves 5.25" disk images directly
from PC to 5.25" diskette on your IIgs. (It works fine on our ROM-01 IIgs; not
sure about a ROM 3.) For more about ADT-GS and transfers, see
http://home.swbell.net/rubywand/Csa2T1TCOM.html#003 .

With ADT-GS you could transfer a few disks with telecom programs. Ground
offers some telecom programs on disk image at
ftp://ground.ecn.uiowa.edu/apple2/useful.stuff/Disks/ .
