You created this disk on the Mac, didn't you? Via DiskCopy, right?
The Mac sometimes has trouble writing ProDOS disks, especially
the boot block. This often renders them unbootable.
You have to keep running the archive through DiskCopy until the
format "catches." It might take two or three tries.
That's why once you have GS/OS on the IIGS, you should use
it (with the HFS FST installed under System 6.0.1) to read and
write files directly off Mac 800k HFS disks, not try to have the
Mac write ProDOS disks.
