I beg to differ. I just read the P8 Tech Ref and it does not mention this at
all so then I looked it up in Beneath Apple ProDOS and on page 6-21 it states
"MMMM is the month (1 through 12)".
The UNIX struct tm certainly numbers the months 0..11.
