No, you can still run the install disk or the System.Disk on a 1.25mb system.
Where 1.25mb starts running short is if you have a hard drive and  install
everything from the installation disks. Apples system software doesn't check
how much memory you have. It starts loading and keeps going till either it's
done or if it runs out of memory it sort of crashs.
