What was this Apple ][ game?

Help, I'm desparately trying to remember this!

There was a game I played as a kid, where you are a gopher, or badger or
something, and you build circuits.  I've been searching all over to try and
find the name, but to no avail.  I think it was made by some educational
software cooperative that used to make a lot of Apple II software.

If anyone knows what I'm talking about, thanks.
