Need info on Checkmate MultiRAM RGB card

Anyone know where I might be able to obtain software and information
about a Checkmate MultiRAM RGB card?  I've just bought one, which also
has the "MultiRAM Plus" piggyback board, and would particularly like
diagnostic software for it.  There are also a couple of unfilled banks
of RAM sockets, so I'm not sure how much memory it has or can have.  Is
it compatible with the AE RamWorks cards?  What types of RGB monitors
can it use?  Thanks!
