When at home,I usually download using the Mac, after which I can access
it from the GS using the AppleTalk network. Or directly from Bernie.
At work (that is, when I used to have a job) I download using a Windows
machine onto z ZIP disk, which I then can read on the Mac. My GS has
great difficulties reading Windows ZIP disks, but the Mac hasn't, so I
have to use AppleTalk to access it.
I know, hardly worth two cents, since it involves a Mac, which you don't
have, but, well, you asked...
