When you talk about "DOS 3.3" and "ProDOS" disk images, I guess you are
referring to data order-- i.e. .dsk or .do vs. .po images. (The actual content
of the image, like whether it boots DOS 3.3 or ProDOS should not affect
transferability.)

If you have a way to transfer DOS 3.3 order (.dsk or .do), you can
probably transfer the stuff on a ProDOS order image by converting the ProDOS
order image to a DOS 3.3 order image. A way to do this is to use Disk Muncher
to copy the ProDOS order image to a .dsk image. (The target .dsk does not need
to be blank.)

You can find Disk Muncher on the TnilUtil.dsk on Ground at ...

ftp://ground.ecn.uiowa.edu/apple2/useful.stuff/Disks/ .
