The Videx card doesn't do more than 80x24. It is quite stupid.
It does have two different character sets. One can be used for
some crude graphics.

The Videx card should be plugged into slot 3 and does have a
socket connector that plugs between a 74LS74 and its socket.
Then the video output of the card and the video output of the
apple can be switched by toggleing annunciator output 3.
