And, I reply...Yes indeed, to all of the above - with the 
exception of one small correction.  The author released 
it into public domain.  I was so impressed with the text
tutorial, documentation and info from the archive after 
I downloaded it - that I'm making it available in 80 Col. 
ASCII text files for easy online reading and review - along 
with the ShrinkIt archive of the Forth GS II program, which
also contains all the text files.
