The best way to go is to have a Unix account with procmail, and use Spam Bouncer
(http://www.hrweb.org/spambouncer/) to filter the junk.  This gives you control
of what's junk and what isn't, and lets you decide what to do with it, without
forcing people to figure out what your email address *really* is.  Actually, I'd
say that at least 90% of spam can be caught with just a few simple rules (e.g.
your address is not in the To: or CC: fields, From: is empty or the same as To:,
numeric IP addresses, "Bulk" tags, etc.), and Spam Bouncer takes care of the
rest.
