Penman has posted searing criticism of me, Steve Nelson, and others on this
board. (Perhaps you missed all that.)  He knows nothing of my work. He uses my
name to further his argument against others, with which I do NOT agree or
endorse. I have asked him not to do it, and he did it again.

I wouldn't know anything about Delphi.
