Move GS mobo from one case to another?

	How hard is it to take the motherboard and, perhaps, power supply from
one IIgs and put it in the case of another IIgs??  I've got a unit that
is in good condition as far as the case, and has an excellent condition,
dustless ROM 03 mobo.  But I'd like to end up with a "really good"
case--maybe a ROM 01 I could get cheap and just transfer the mobo to
that case.  

	Is this very difficult?  Thanks.
