The absolutely simplest way to translate this is to output the data
in some universal format and re-import it.

And two fields? I count name, program, date, and ID as four fields.

Anyway, print as text with tabs between fields and save to a file
or out a serial port to a PC running DOS, Windows or Linux and that
file will be readable forever (even if the media isn't).

Perl, Excel, Word and any decent database now and forever into the
future will import tab- or comma- separated values (CSV).

My second choice would be to make a report format with fixed fields.
Excel can certainly import that, and all databases could be coaxed
into doing so.
