Well, I use my Iomega Zip drive to transport digital audio,
graphics, postscript, and text files between my IIGS and
my PC regularly. Unfortunately, I do not have anything
that'll convert between the two formats you have.
You would not have an SCSI card in any of your IIGS units,
would you? If so, that would simplify things a lot.
If not, there is a program called CrossWorks that'll do the
conversion for you. http://www.sequential.com/ Sequential
Systems sells it. You plug one end of the cable into the
IIGS and the other end into one of your PCs. Boot up
the software that comes with the package on each side.
Then the IIGS side will load up your AW database files,
zap it across the cable to your PC side where conversion
takes place. You are left with Microsoft Works database
files. Luckily for you, MS Works database files are
importable into Excel.
