[help]IIgs original memory expansion board jumper setting?

Hi....
I've got a IIgs woz(ROM01) version..
Recently I got to have 3 sets of 256Kb memory module(consisted of 8
chips)..I filled all the empty memory chip-slots with chips(24 chips!) and
tested memory expansion with control panel - Ram disk .
But, I found that total memory is still 512Kb(it was same as before filling
the empty slots with new memory chips)

What am I missing? I have original(I think) memory expansion board(256Kb
attached chips and 24 empty chip-slots)...there are two jumpers(J1, J2) on
it...Shoud I do something to Jumpers?
