If you can copy a copy protected disk using Copy II Plus, you _may_ be
able to create a good .nib disk image using Saltine's Super Transcopy on an
Apple II. (The AppleWin emulator is one which can use .nib images.)
You can find Saltine's Super Transcopy on ACN Tarnover at
ftp://tarnover.dyndns.org/cabi/Utilities/SST.DDD.DSK.UTILS/ .
Saltine's Super Transcopy runs under DOS 3.3. I do not know of any ProDOS
utility for transferring copy protected Apple II disks.
The best approach for transferring Apple II disks which are copy protected
is to first create a deprotected copy. A deprotected copy can be changed into a
.dsk disk image using DSK2FILE. For information about creating disk images, see
http://home.swbell.net/rubywand/Csa2FLUTILS.html#006 .
For deprotection information for various programs, see

The largest source of deprotection information is Computist magazine. For
an index to articles about deprotecting specific products see COMPUTIST.2.txt
at ftp://tarnover.dyndns.org/tarnover/The.Computist.Project/Indexes/ .
Quite a few Computist issues have been scanned and are now available
on-line at ftp://tarnover.dyndns.org/tarnover/The.Computist.Project/ .
