Hi Kotazzu,
I made one a while back. According to my notes:

Connector Pin numbers
IIc+      IIc        IW2         IW1
2            1            1               20
5            2             3              2
4            3            4               7
3            4            5               3
1            5            2

This table would allow you to make a cable for a
IIc+ or IIc for either an Imagewriter I or II. Just choose
the appropriate columns.
The connector on the back of the IIc is numbered from right to
left, in this case:
54    2 1
     3
