HELP:Trouble With //GS SCSI Card

Hello All
I have a apple scsi card installed in my 01 ROM //GS
SCSI Card
 
Model# 820-0153-A 
  ROM# 341-0803

That i cannot get to see any scsi devices
I've checked term and cabling
but there is a block of 4 switches on the card
Sw#1 is open
sw#2,3,4 Closed

Ive been trying to setup my harddrive ( Apple Branded Quantum Prodrive LPS )
240 ( Known good drive ) But frankly I'm now stumped

I've been trying to see the drive using adv drive setup that came with 
GS/OS 6.0.1

Am i using the correct program or do i need to use somthing else ?
