Yes, a lot ! The good news is that the video generator is still working.
The bad news is that the 6502 is not initialized. There is several
troubleshooting guides.
You can take a look at the Apple II Documentation Project
(http://mirrors.apple2.org.za/Apple%20II%20Documentation%20Project/Computers
/Apple%20II/Manuals/). The "Apple II Level I Service Manual 1982" is a good
starter (section 3). You will also find very valuable informations in the
"Apple II Level II Service Manual 1981" (from page 155 and particularly page
164 in your case).

Absolutely. $5.95 at Jameco for example.
