It's called GS Subtitler. It was never really finished. It has some bugs and works
alright under 7MHz, with slight bog downs when it has to display 3 lines of text.
1-2 lines are fine though. Dispite the bugs and limitations it works pretty well.
I've subtitled a number of 30 min shows and a couple of movies with it.
