What exactly did you do to it?  Did you plug a RAM chip into
the card in the wrong orientation?  Did you plug the CPU into
the card backward?  Did you plug the oscillator into the card
backward?  Describe what went wrong and we might be able
to help you fix it yourself.

I hope you didn't solder the card.  There are adapter sockets
that you can use to avoid soldering.
