Are you in the United States?  If so, find the nearest CompUSA
store.  They have generic Mac mice for $5.  Yes, these are
cheapo mice, but they work fine.  Just look in the Mac section
for the cheapest ADB mouse.

You'll have a hard time finding a used but genuine Apple mouse
for that price.
