Almost certainly.  Only a small number of memory card models do things
the hard way.

Any card which supports 1, 2 or 4 rows of RAM, with all rows the same
size (either 256 KB or 1 MB) is very likely to be using the standard
signals provided by the FPI.

If the card has 8 rows (2 MB using 256 KB per row, or 8 MB using 1 MB
per row) then it has to bend the rules a little, but can still use the
FPI to do refreshing.  (It may lose DMA compatibility.)
