ANN: DSK2FILE 5.6

I've uploaded a ShrinkIt archive containing version 5.6 of DSK2FILE on
Ground.

What's new:

    * prefix can be set (no "file browser" still, however)
    * escape key aborts current process
    * other stuff that is so minor you won't notice

Also, awhile back someone commented about .dsk files and 3.5" drives.  If
the disk image you want to write back to disk is a ProDOS disk image then
write it to a 3.5" disk even if the image is only of a 140k disk.  ProDOS
will just recognize it as a 140k disk.  (N.B. that "ProDOS disk image" is
not the same as a disk image in ProDOS order!)

(I'm not sure how long it takes to move a file from the upload directory
to the rest of the Ground archive but it will eventually be available I
hope!)
