Tom, the release of Deja ][ was covered in the August issue of the TEXAS II
newsletter (with permission). When I talk to the programmers, they feel they
are releasing their work to everybody. Everyone who wants it is entitled to the
entire body of the work, including source code. I don't follow Delphi, but if
they've got an upload, then that's good.
