Upon looking further, it appears that this is an especially stupid
spammer.

The text of the message is an html attachment that forwards to
http://www.rollerdoor.da.ru/. Looking at the source of this page, we can
see that the actual page for the garage doors is
http://homepages.which.net/~frank.langworthy/index.html

That page asks you to email prestige@which.net for details.

So, it looks as though this person spammed from the ISP that they use
for business, or he doesn't mind changing ISPs frequently.
