This is an Apple II newsgroup so next time, please post
in a Mac newsgroup.  HOWEVER, the answer is YES,
you can install MacOS on a PC.

http://www.emulators.com/ is the web site of the makers
of Gemulator.  With Gemulator, you can install MacOS
on your PC and run Mac software.  Pretty amazing.  And
yes, when you have Gemulator, you can install Mac
software using floppies or CD-ROMs to your Mac
partitions just like you would on a real Mac.
