Quick! Somebody show me how to enter assembly language in EDASM!

I've downloaded both the Merlin Pro and Big Mac assemblers from Asimov,
but I have no idea how to enter assembly language. I've figured out how to
assemble it, how to clear it, and how to list it, but nothing else.
