On the HRCG DOS3.3 utility disk (the one that came with the 6502 assembler),
there was a number of files ending in .SET (for character set),
and I believe there was one called STOP.SET which looked fairly like
the Apple ][ font.
(HRCG = HiRes Character Generator, as used behind-the-scenes
in the AppleVision (?) demo as far as I remember) the one that used clever
control characters to get lowercase on an uppercase Apple][ keyboard
And there was some jumping frog game on the disk too, if I remember :-)
