All you need for this combination is the MS-DOS FST installed in GS/OS.
It is included with System 6.0.1, but not with earlier versions.  If you
don't have it installed already, you'll need to locate it on the
SystemTools1 or SystemTools2 disk.  Alternatively, run the Installer
from the Install disk, go into the Customize section, and install it
from the list of items.  (It is probably called "File System: MS-DOS" in
the installer list.)

If you also want to write to MS-DOS floppies, you need a third-party
utility called MUG!, which is an NDA (if I remember correct) written by
Peter Watson, based on his MS-DOS command line tools for use with
ORCA/Shell.
