MFM ProDOS disks formatted for 360k to be exact.

Believe it or not, a regular PC can read these disks
with a program called ProCopy.  ProCopy will also
read MFM ProDOS disks formatted to 1.44MB on
a IIGS with a SuperDrive controller and drive.
