Apple IIe text files to Macintosh

I have a bunch of text files on 5.25 Apple iie disks. I have long ago traded
in my iie for a Mac.

What is the best/easies/cheapest  way to convert these files to Macintosh?
(Or PC, and I could convert them from pc to mac).  I just need the info,
there is no formatting.
