TimeOut SuperFonts, a Beagle Bros add-on for AppleWorks 2.0 to 5.1, does this
nicely. You can use Greek fonts (there are dozens of them), or any type $c8,
"GS" font for use with TimeOut SuperFonts on the //e, //c, and IIGS.
German and other accents can be printed using the high ascii characters in any
font. SuperFonts does this well, too.
TEXAS II used to sell zillions of fonts for TimeOut SuperFonts, including
printouts. We had more fonts than NAUG, Genie, and A2-Central put together.
Since I am moving, I am cleaning out all the old font disks and printouts, but
so far I have not been able to throw them away. I still have them, including
lots of Greek and other language fonts.
