Babelfish was a freeware release by Seven Hills. The only programs
that I am aware of that directly support it are SuperConvert v4.0 and
Spectrum v2.2 which are both Seven Hills products. :-)
Babelfish comes with a Convert File NDA that allows you to use
Babelfish to convert files any time that NDAs are available for use so
you don't even need SuperConvert or Spectrum. The file should be
online in various places including Delphi but I did find it here:
