We need a Windoze based IIgs emulator!

Hey, no kidding.. 

I am trying to organize a new effort to create a Windoze based (9x and NT) IIgs 
emulator.

Why am I doing this? My IIgs is in the garage collecting dust (I dont have the 
room for it in my condo), and I would still like to do some development for 
the platform....

(for those who know me better, the real reason I am doing this is so we can 
spur the IIgs pro-piracy movement). :)

FYI: I am not just a coordinator. I am a professional programmer by trade, and 
just don't have the time to do it all myself. I am looking for a group 
collaboration.
