     Yes. The information is available in Csa2T1TCOM. Some related information
is also in Csa2T2TCOM and Csa2FLUTILS. The info is in various formats on
several sites.

On Ground it is in text files with pure unformatted text -- good for viewing or
printing out using a word processor. Ground also maintains the main files in
Apple II Text format in a single .shk file.
