Little SmallTalk IIgs v3 in GS WorldView Oct99 Issue

I was amazed to find that the Little SmallTalk IIgs v3 was not available for
download as a ShrinkIt archive from any Apple2 site - with docs and manual
online to view as text files. I checked the gno.org site and couldn't find it
there, in any form at all. I'd have thought it might be there, as it's a GS/OS
shell app and a full port to the GS (with C source code and all) for use with 
such as GNO, ORCA Shell, Command COM, etc. So, I'm providing it for all to 
have, review online and download now. With unlimited space available, I've 
added it to the Oct99 GS WorldView Issue.  Perhaps other sites would like
to add it as such also.
