http://www.allelec.com/ Alltech Electronics might have the
right memory card.  You are right, the IIc+ does not use the
same RAM as a IIe.  It needs its own memory card that
connects to the internal RAM expansion connector.  The
RAM comes as 1MB on a card.  Good luck!
