You're right, 'Escape from Rungistan' (to Nuggyland) was from another
(fun) era of monochrome, line-drawing-only 'hi-res' games.  This one
also had an 'arcade' section (swoon) where you had to ski between trees,
(two vertical lines).

I'd be surprised if it was still for sale anywhere, except as a
collector's item, but it is certainly on Asimov in .dsk format.
