It is a Corvus Network card.  Earlier than Ethernet.  The Corvus
Network was popular in schools and IIe units in businesses
in the early 1980s.  Shared printer.  Shared hard drive.  Email
between stations.  Even mixed PC, Mac, and Apple II units on
the same network.  You did not need a Mac or PC to make
the network run, though.  The network could have all Apple IIs.

The card is not useful unless you had the other pieces of the
Corvus Network system.  Namely, the hard drive/server, the
network software, and the cabling.  Plus more workstations
(IIe units with Covus Transporter cards).

Someone from France IS working on an Apple II Ethernet
card, but the Corvus card is not it.
