All versions of ORCA/M are commercial programs covered by copyright.  Even
the 8 bit version is still sold.

The only way anyone should send you a copy of ORCA/M is if they sell you
their entire package.

For what it's worth, _we_ provide the 8 bit version of ORCA/M on 3.5" disks
if you request it that way when you order.
