It is a Corvus Network card.  A pre-Ethernet network once
popular in schools and businesses that used Apple IIe units.
Shared hard drive.  Shared printer.  Email between
workstations.

The card itself is not useful unless you had more
workstations, the networking software, and the hard
drive/server.  As I understand it, the server was a self
contained computer with a hard drive made by Corvus.
It did nothing but act as a server.

Macs and PCs could also be workstations, but they
needed (their respective versions of) Corvus cards too.

I'm not sure where you would get the software.  I know
some people who read this newsgroup have devices
like this, so keep checking comp.sys.apple2 for replies.
