It is my understanding that Origin allows free distribution of PC
version of Ultima IV only.  Specifically it allows for members of the
Internet users group, The Ultima Dragons Internet Chapers (UDIC), to
distribute the original .zip archive included on the October 1997
Computer Gaming World CD.  AFAIK this only applies to the PC version.
All other platform versions are still not available.
